Parents in the Bullock Creek community invest a tremendous number of hours each year volunteering for school activities. Some are involved in organized groups such as those listed here, but most volunteer their time as individuals to: chaperone dances, help with book fairs, serve as student mentors, supervise on field trips, and so on. Parental involvement rounds out and enhances the student experience at Bullock Creek.
The Bullock Creek Band Boosters meet on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 in the high school band room. Joining the Boosters is a wonderful way to get involved in the Bullock Creek Bands. Everyone is welcome! The “Band Parent” program is in full swing again this year. There are many events coming up that will need chaperones and volunteers. Pine River and BC Elementary PTO:
Our monthly PTO meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. The location alternates between the library at B.C. Elementary and Pine River Elementary. If you are unable to attend our meetings, feel free to send us your comments or questions. We also have lots of areas where you can get involved. Just send a note to school with your child with any comments or areas you would like to help out with, and address it to the B.C./Pine River PTO.
Floyd Elementary PTO:
Our monthly PTO meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. at Floyd Elementary in the Community Room. If you are unable to attend our meetings, feel free to send us your comments or questions via any of the below communication avenues; or send a note to school with your student addressed to Floyd PTO. We always welcome volunteers within our organization!
