Wonderful Wednesdays
Pine River Elementary students were able to enjoy Field Day/Picnic Day. For the most part, the rain held off and a great time was had by all. A huge thanks to the BC/PR PTO for providing picnic food and the bounce house. It was wonderful to have parents and families in the building participating in the activities.

Fourth grade Pine River Elementary students spent the week at Chippewa Nature Center. The theme was Survival. The survival week concluded with a two-mile hike to locate various geocaches and answer some riddles. Students utilized their navigational skills by using the compass and their estimation skills by counting out steps to locate various caches along the trail. Once finished, students had a few minutes to put some finishing touches on the shelters that they'd started on Monday. The staff and students would like to thank the CNC staff for the wonderful opportunities that were provided to the students.
