Midland County celebrated Kindness Week, and Pine River students were busy spreading kindness in many meaningful ways. Special highlights included showing kindness to our community by donating new gloves, mittens, and socks to the local shelter; finding comfort in kindness with comfy clothes and hot cocoa; participating in a kindness walk-a-thon; and sharing kindness through art.

We would also like to thank Mr. Kevin and our incredible lunch room staff. They were so helpful and supportive.

Each student received a home energy kit to help their family conserve energy. Thank you, Consumers Energy, for the informative and interactive lesson!
