Our 7th and 8th grade BCMS bands did a "spook-tacular" job playing their instrument at the Halloween Concert. The High School Auditorium was packed as they played a variety of pieces that they've been working on since the start of the school year. A great time was had by all. Keep the great work and we'll look forward your holiday concert in December!

Mr Bovee, through the Cranbrook Institute, ran a program on climate change funded by a grant from Consumers Energy. The 6th graders learned about factors that influence climate change and brainstormed solutions to those factors. They then built models to explain solutions to sea level increase, global temperature increase, extreme weather events and wildfires. It was a great addition to our efforts on teamwork and model building.
