Looking for a volunteer opportunity? Tuesday, April 12th, FIRST Robotics is in need of many volunteers to help set up for the State Robotics Competition at SVSU. The time commitment is flexible. Starting after school, they will be constructing 4 competition fields and pit areas for 160 teams. See Ms. Doud or Mrs. Forbes for more details.
Parents and students grades 7 to 12 are invited to the Annual Skilled Trades Night at J. Ranck Electric on Thursday April 14th from 5:30 to 8pm. This is an opportunity to hear how JRE employees energized their careers, see their work, and learn how the decision to enter skilled trades has led to successful and rewarding careers. This includes interactive tours, equipment simulation, dinner, and more! See postings outside the office and in the Lancer lounge to sign-up.
Attention Lancers! Student Council would like to introduce a Co-ed Volleyball Tournament for the first time ever! Saturday, April 23rd we will be hosting a tournament in the gym. Sign-up sheets will be on Mrs. Huntoon's desk in the Main Office. Encourage your friends to sign up because if we don’t have enough teams, we’ll cancel the tournament. Teams will be made up of 5 to 6 players with at least three girls per team. You may only sign up for one team. Co-ed volleyball rules will apply. All teams must be signed up by Thursday, April 14th at the end of the school day.
