Floyd Families,
Here are a few things to share with you as we begin a new week:
Please be sure to enter through the main office when visiting Floyd. Knocking at other doors for entry confuses the students who know adults shouldn’t be entering that way but want to be helpful and let them in. We’re continually working to teach safety protocol and truly appreciate you using only the main entrance during the school day.
Friday, February 17th is a ½ day for students. Students will be served lunch and dismissed at 12:05. No school on Monday, February 20th.

We are in such need of substitute paraprofessionals again. We’re looking for kind, patient adults who enjoy kids and can help guide them through parts of their day. Some days we need help from 9-3PM and other days we need help at recess/lunch 11-1:20PM. This is a great job for college students and retirees who only want to work some days. Please see the attached flyer that describes the type of help we need.
