As we approach the beginning of a new week, I have just a few things to share with you:
Last week’s Bingo night was a success! Thank you to PTO for hosting our families and bringing us together. If you missed it, no worries! There will be a carnival on May 20th that will bring families back to school that evening. I hope you’ll consider joining us!
We are celebrating our school staff this week. Please consider sharing a kind word with the adults who work with your child(ren) whether it’s in an email or a handwritten note. Speaking from experience, we save them all and often reread them on the toughest days.
State testing is in full swing. Having your child well rested and at school on time each day is so helpful.
June 3rd will be our field day this year. Though I am working out the details, I am hopeful some of you will want to join us that morning for the activities. An OPTIONAL, JUST FOR FUN t-shirt is available for $5. Please see the order form attached or check with your child for a paper copy that went home last week. (We are not doing a school wide photo this year.)
