Floyd News and Notes: April 18th

Floyd Families-

As we approach the beginning of a new week, I have just a few things to share with you:

  • Our PTO is planning a Bingo night on April 28th and a carnival on May 20th. Please join us!

  • Our playground is drying up but we do still have some tempting puddles here and there. Please consider having your child pack extra socks and pants in case of wet feet or legs after playing outside.

  • Many teachers use Remind to communicate with families but the day gets busy and the nature area doesn’t have the best cell service. Please give Ms. Amanda a call if your message is something needing attention  by the end of the day.

  • Thank you to our families in the drop off/pick up line for continuing to be safe, alert, and keeping the line moving. Our cars that are parking in the pick up line now and again appear to be grandparents or someone unfamiliar with drop off. When possible, please share our “keep moving or choose a parking spot” directions with family and friends who are helping out.

Have a wonderful week!  -Mrs. Moses
