As we approach the beginning of a new week, here are a few things to share with you:
No School on Friday, March 25th
Spring Break begins Friday, March 25th and we return to school on Monday, April 4th.
The Book Fair is open all week! Students will have opportunities to browse and buy all week.
Wednesday, March 23rd is Book Fair and Family Night at Floyd! We’re excited to be able to welcome families into the building and into our nature areas from 5:45-6:45pm. Please join us!
We will continue our March is Reading Month activities this week for any and all who choose to participate. (see calendar attached)
Girls on the Run is back! Ms. Collison and Ms. Pretzer are coaching one team up to 15 girls. Please use this link to sign up. Practices begin April 4th. (Mon. & Wed. from 3:40-5:15PM)
We are reviewing and reteaching bus expectations for all of our riders. Any help you can provide at home to ensure your student is remaining seated, only moving when the bus is stopped, and speaking respectfully to peers and the driver is extremely appreciated. Students who ride safely and respectfully will continue to have the opportunity to ride the school bus.
